How does Radian Payment System work?

Radian Payment System is a card payment system that allows you make a payment by credit and debit card in a variety of different ways. You can make card payments on your computer, laptop, smartphone, tablet, PDA, normal mobile or landline.

 

What ways are available to make a payment

You can make a payment via the website payment page, call the automated number or download the Radian payment app.

 

What type of phone do I need for the smartphone version?

Radian Payment System will function on any mobile device that can connect to the internet, including iPhone and iPad, Android and tablets, PDAs and any laptop or desktop computer.

 

Do I need to register to make a payment?

No, you can make a one off payment via the automated phone line or website payment page however, you will need to register if you wish to use the mobile app.

 

Can I make a quicker payment so I don’t need to enter full card details each time?

Yes, if you register the system creates a token which means you only need to enter limited information to make a payment. This applies to website, automated phone & mobile app.

 

What type of phone do I need for the mobile app?

Radian payment mobile app is available on Apple and Android. Simply go to the relevant online store & download Radian Payment App

 

What happens if my phone loses signal?

If your phone loses network connection the transaction will not process and you should try again when a connection is restored.

 

Can I use different devices on the same account?

Yes, as long as you use the same registered login details.

 

Do I receive a receipt?

Yes, a personalised receipt can be emailed or played to you immediately after the transaction has been authorised.

 

How much does it cost?

You are charged your standard debit card or credit card rates as per your contract with your provider. Radian do not charge extra to provide this service.

 

How long does it take to set up?

Once you have registered your details you can make payment immediately via website, phone & mobile app. If preferred, you can also just make a one off payment without registering via the automated phone or website.

 

How quickly is a payment processed?

The payment will be debited from your account in the normal time depending on your current provider’s time frames.

 

Can I pay for different services using the same login details?

Yes, there is a drop down box so you can choose which service you wish to pay for. This will register next to the payment amount on our accounting systems.

 

Can I change my card or address details?

Yes, you can login to your account & update your card details via the automated number or website. To update your address or tenancy number you will need to login via website.
